An athlete from a young age, being active has always been part of Natalie’s life. From Gymnastics, to Marathons, she seeks a challenge, and her teaching reflects a similar mindset. Then, Yoga brought Natalie a new perspective; that recovery, and rest, are important as the sweat.

Monika graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance at Southern Connecticut State University and continues to pursue certifications in functional neurology (Z-Health Performance Solutions), professional coaching (iPec), and energy work.

Rachel is born and raised in Hell's Kitchen, NYC, with a degree in Hospitality Management and a masters degree in Gastronomy at Boston University. Her classes are full of fun flows & laughter. She focuses on strength and safe alignment in class, making sure students know where and how they are moving so they can take ownership of their practice.
